Refund policy

Cancellation in Case of Damage:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, immediately notify the delivery personnel at the time of delivery and report the issue to customer care at support@sulfur.one. Damage and defects will be assessed within 4-6 working days, and a solution will be provided. If Sulfur determines that the product is broken, it may be returned, replaced, or other corrective measures will be taken as deemed appropriate by Sulfur.

Cancellation in Case of a Wrong Product:

If the product does not comply with the specifications of your original order, raise the issue immediately and report it to support@sulfur.one. For more details, please contact us on our customer care number or write to us at support@sulfur.one. Products purchased at a discount or during sales cannot be canceled.

Return & Refund:

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed according to the following guidelines:

  • All refunds and replacement process initiation are subject to the pick-up of all canceled items from your premises.
  • After receiving the products back at the warehouse, a refund will be initiated within 10-15 working days.
  • Refunds will be processed via NEFT or by the original payment method.
  • Depending on the order, processing charges may be deducted.

Warranties:


The product comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, inherent termite, and borer issues. This limited warranty does not apply to:

  • Small cuts, scratches, or damage during the cleaning process.
  • Damage caused by incorrect product installation.
  • Cracks during random displacement.
  • Products exposed to direct sunlight and water, resulting in wood decay.
  • Minor cracks in solid woods, known as checks, are not considered faults and are not covered under warranty as these checks do not affect the product's lifespan.
  • Unevenness up to 5 mm due to surface and floor level differences is standard and not covered under warranty.

What Material is Covered in the Warranty?

Only Solid Wood and Stainless Steel products are covered under the warranty, covering transportation or non-accidental damage. Rust effects and wooden cracks are natural and not covered under warranty. There is no warranty on upholstered coverings, such as Fabric, Synthetic or Composite Leather, Natural Leather, or cushion covers.

  • Plywood: Waterproof and termite-proof. Detailed terms available upon request.
  • Veneer: Specifications and supplier details available for review. Not covered under warranty.
  • Laminate: Exterior laminates up to ₹1500 per sheet, selected based on aesthetic preferences. Interior laminates must be chosen from our standard catalog. Not covered under warranty.
  • Hardware: Includes brands like Hettich, Hafele, Kelone. Warranty varies from part to part; details available upon request.
  • Marble: Banswada White Marble, specifically used for designated products. Breakage till delivery covered; no further warranty.
  • Fabric/Leatherette: Selected from local furnishing stores in collaboration with the architect or client. Up to ₹1800 per meter. Warranty as per fabric manufacturer.
  • Foam: Sleepwell foam used across various products. Warranty ranges from 1-10 years, dependent on the product.
  • Mild Steel: Uses CRC and HR steel based on application requirements. Welding joints warranted by us; other aspects unwarranted.
  • Stainless Steel: SS304 utilized for its rust-resistant properties in suitable applications. Warranted against rust; welding joints warranted by us.
  • Solid Wood: Sheesham wood and Teak wood (Kiln Dried) chosen based on final finish selection. Warranted for joinery applications; natural defects not covered.
  • Polish: Uses brands like PCG, ICA, Teknovace for finishing applications. Detailed terms available upon request.
  • HDHMR: Action TESA: HDHMR used for selected applications. Detailed terms available upon request.
  • Wall Panels: Selection of Decorative Panels is pending. Further details will be provided upon selection. Not covered under warranty.

Stock Furniture Items:

If you are not satisfied with your Stock furniture purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup to arrange a return. The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup. The item will be inspected upon return, and a refund, exchange, or repair will be determined based on its condition. Please notify us at support@sulfur.one or call +91 8799 683 735 for further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. We reserve the right to determine the best course of action.

Delivery:

Our support and delivery team will coordinate with you for the delivery process. In case of a missed delivery (from the customer), an extra visiting charge will be applicable for later delivery. Our delivery partner will only deliver the product to the ground floor in the absence of a service lift in your apartment (if applicable). Extra charges apply for weekend or specific time deliveries. Once the order reaches your nearest delivery center and you fail to receive the products, we will hold the products for 3 days. After this period, Sulfur may initiate the return.

Additional Information:

All shipments are fully insured, with insurance costs borne by us. It is required that all goods be examined within 72 hours of delivery for any insurance claims to be valid.
