The BKC corporate office for Hi-Tech Electrification was one of our most intensive turnkey executions, spanning artistic, functional, and architectural elements under the vision of P&D Associates. Every element in the space, from decorative installations to modular furniture and integrated lighting systems, was crafted by our team within a tight 3-month timeline.

Scope of Work

• Rugs, carpets, and custom lighting fixtures
• Artistic installations including a hand-sculpted stainless steel ball-studded sculpture, modular wooden handout panels, and a handcrafted GFRC console table for the Bhagwan idol
• Brass strip inlays fabricated and welded into a 45-foot long linear pattern across the office floor
• Custom stainless steel curtain belt accessories with integrated indirect lighting
  MD cabin: artistically crafted executive table and matching custom storage solutions
• Conference room: hand-crafted wooden table with integrated pop-up TV unit and built-in shelves
• All partitions and walls executed with modular joinery for future detachability
• Workstations and executive desks with coordinated back storage units
• Reception desk custom-built to fit site contours

Special Highlights

• All wall panelling was designed as a modular system, allowing each panel to be removed or replaced as needed without damaging the overall structure
• The integration of stainless steel accessories with ambient lighting added visual dimension and luxury to the workspace
• The pop-up TV unit in the conference room was developed to seamlessly blend into the shelf system, highlighting technological elegance with subtlety
• GFRC and brass finishes throughout the project elevated the materiality and enhanced tactile richness
